Candela Campos

Candela Campos Domínguez, graduated from the Malaga University with a Master Degree of Chemical and Process Engineering in July 2013. I was Erasmus student at ICT – Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague. In 2013, I carried out my Master Thesis at TU Graz, based on separation of azeotropic mixtures by Reactive Distillation.
From August 2013 I enrolled as a PhD student in TU Graz on topic “Process intensification of liquid fractionation with supercritical fluids by the use of micro devices” with Prof. Dr. Thomas Gamse. The project is mainly focused on studying the efficiency and applicability of SCFE by the use of a micro-mixer instead of an extraction column, in order to drastically reduce the size of the plant and therefore increasing the security and decreasing the costs of the process.
